On the move type of day… Got my 3 miles in early… walking from galaxy to coffee shop…
I ate some apples sauce….had some juice water… feel like I couldnt deny my self the mash chicpeas in curry …i guess thats like baby food.. but again once near juicer I will be back to that..puree tomatoes with curry. yum.

ready to be at the location im traveling to…nerves are shot after watching fast and furiouses and then being a passenger… slightly alarmed about day sleeping… with the concern of moving things with my mind…

Alright… Day 5… Feeling good, Feeling great… you know the saying.. Couple of juices, made a bomb smoothie..with a frozen banana, some water, strawberries, and pineapple.. drank water, liquid day done. Protein Shake.. (guess i gotta get the juicer?)
Work out did over 1.5 jus cuz, and ran it. Sauna’d Early because it was fun for only 15mins.. and did so with a whole outfit on so i was drench city…
Said hello to a reindeer today…

— Day 4 —
Today was an artsy type of day… I rested today and avoided the crowd. Avatar, spiderman..alot of rain… with a cool end to it with the super bright moon.. Nothing fancy with clothing… New Juice.. didnt drink tea in the middle of the day this time… So my stomach is on point for now. smoothie blended a good.. Ran 1.5 fast and got done faster with pacing myself and didnt feel fatigued.. Maybe the last week i will make it about doing the 2 miles but for now, im excited with the progress with the 1.5. Saw food that I liked and got it and put it in the freezer.. lol.. It will be there later .. when im done with the liquids. did a work out.. core, twist, situps, arms..

Juice was running through my body… so i ran ten laps on the track..(then took a bowel movement break)and ran back to certain areas in the areas i reside…
