๐ฟ Alkaline Vegan Quinoa Porridge with Berries & Seeds

Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa (quinoa is alkaline-forming and high in protein)
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or homemade hemp or coconut milk โ alkaline options)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds or hemp seeds
- 1/2 banana, sliced (optional โ mildly acidic but acceptable for most alkaline plans)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (like blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries โ alkaline-forming)
- Drizzle of pure maple syrup or date syrup (optional and minimal)
- Pinch of sea salt or Himalayan salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Warm the milk: In a small pot, heat almond milk over medium heat.
- Add quinoa & cinnamon: Stir in cooked quinoa and cinnamon. Let simmer for 5โ7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Mix in seeds: Stir in chia or flaxseeds and allow to thicken for another 2 minutes.
- Serve: Pour into a bowl, top with berries, seeds, banana (if using), and a drizzle of maple syrup.
- Optional boost: Add a sprinkle of alkaline greens powder or a few chopped almonds.

- Avoid wheat, oats, and processed sugars.
