Daily Requirements

1. Run 1.5 miles every day

  • Pace doesn’t matter—run, jog, or run/walk.
  • Track progress (time, distance, or how you felt).

🥤 2. Liquids-Only Nutrition

  • Smoothies, protein shakes, soups, broths, juices, electrolyte drinks, herbal teas, coffee, etc.
  • Stay hydrated and aim for balanced nutrition.

😊 3. Positivity Habit

Pick one:

  • Write 3 things you’re grateful for
  • Say a positive affirmation
  • Do one small kindness
  • List a win from the day, even if tiny

📸 4. Daily Social Media Post

Post one of the following:

  • Your run (screenshot, selfie, or post-run recap)
  • A reflection or quote
  • Your drink/smoothie of the day
  • A positivity update
  • A check-in video
